Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, or major life changes. You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore your challenges, rediscover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, life changes, and challenges with self-esteem. Together, we’ll focus on building coping skills, processing past experiences, and exploring your personal goals.
