I enjoy helping clients from 18 to 118 with life stressors, anxiety, depression, marriage issues, grief and loss. I have experience in helping clients with mending marriages, building self-esteem, working through trauma and coping with death. I understand most clients need and want someone to talk with that is non-judgmental and willing to meet you where you are right now. I believe that therapy should be a conversation where we use everything from talk therapy to laughter. I would love to work with you to help you improve your mental health and well-being.
