I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience helping adults heal from trauma, codependency, and intimacy struggles. I hold degrees in Psychology and Social Work from Arizona State University and offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique needs. My work integrates Post Induction Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and I’m a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I specialize in love addiction, avoidance, and early attachment trauma. Whether you’re feeling stuck in painful patterns or seeking deeper self-connection, I’ll help you move toward healing and healthier relationships. I’ve had the honor of working and training at The Meadows, renowned for Pia Mellody’s Model of Developmental Immaturity. I previously served as Lead Therapist at The Meadows IOP in Scottsdale and now work as a Trainer for Post Induction Therapy (PIT) Intensives in Wickenburg, Arizona.
