Aging is hard and comes with many losses. You may be experiencing loss of physical health, cognitive functioning, a declining social network, loss of independence and isolation. All this leaves you frustrated, lonely and anxious. As a caregiver, you may be experiencing increased conflict with family and feelings of guilt or inadequacy as you attempt to divide time amongst family/work/yourself.
