As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a compassionate, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore challenges, build insight, and create lasting change. I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a post Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also graduated from Lincoln University with a graduate degree in Human Services. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in a multitude of settings, including working with youth, teens, couples and families. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, respect, and understanding. My approach is strength-based and client-centered, helping individuals identify patterns that no longer serve them while developing healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and relating to others. I strive to meet clients where they are.
