My name is Angela Thornell, a Licensed Professional Counselor, authorized to treat clients in both Texas and in Georgia. I have worked in the mental health field for over 23 years, and my expertise is related to working with adults that experience issues with both substance use and the common mental health issues that commonly co-occur. I specialize with helping clients understand the purpose drugs and alcohol have served in their lives so they can learn better ways of coping with issues that commonly follow - depression, anxiety, and trauma that lead to low self worth, no motivation, sleeplessness, overthinking, and low self esteem.
