I would describe my approach as insight-oriented and holistic. I want to help you learn more about who you are and how your past has affected you, so that you can identify the patterns that are helpful in the present and those that are no longer working. I have over 10 years of experience working with trauma survivors, as well as experience with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have specialized training in art therapy and EMDR that some clients really find helpful, especially those that don't love the typical talk therapy approach.
