Angela Viles-Shop, LMSW, CPT, CCTP-I, is a trauma-focused therapist at Help and Hope Counseling. She serves military families, Christian couples, and individuals navigating complex trauma, identity conflict, and nervous-system dysregulation. An SBHP Tier 2 Provider, she uses IFS-informed therapy, somatic work, DBT/ACT, CBT/CBT-I, and FLASH to support safety, clarity, and resilience. Angela works with clients who feel exhausted from being strong and want emotional steadiness, improved relationships, and a sense of peace in their bodies.
