As an LCSW with over 9 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and adolescent mental health, as well as providing support to veterans and their families. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but I am here to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will work towards meaningful change, healing, and personal growth. I also have experience in play therapy and working with families. Also, as a military spouse, I have a unique understanding of the stresses that come with that lifestyle and can help provide support.
