There are times in life where we feel extremely lonely, misunderstood, unhappy and frustrated. These situations can arise because of: anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, and immense life challenges. At times, these problems are too much to face and bear alone. With 12 years experience, I specialize in helping clients through overwhelming problems and challenges- times where depression and anxiety takes over. I collaborate with my clients to find changes they want to make, how they want to "see and live" their lives. Getting you back, to feeling like yourself. My approach to therapy is a positive, hopeful, open approach. I also specialize in Maternal Mental Health. With advanced Certificate Trainings and have heartfelt passion, I support women thru their journey from Pre-pregnancy thru Postpartum- and beyond. Our work together is centered around getting "Mom" (Partner and family) to a place of calm, somewhere she can be hopeful, experience the joys of the "now"- encouraged.
