Great to meet you! I’m a therapist who brings a direct, open-minded, and warm approach to every session. I specialize in trauma, PTSD and grief, and also support clients navigating substance use, anxiety, ADHD, depression, eating disorders, identity issues, grief, infertility, and more. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors—including Veterans, parents, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I was born and raised in Eastern Montana and have extensive experience helping people manage chronic conditions, relationship issues, and life transitions. I aim to provide a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal.
