Each client's goal varies depending on their needs and individual situation. I have mainly had the experience in working with young adults through anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as, self-image and self confidence concerns. I completed my Graduate internship at the University of North Florida Counseling Center, where I gained experience in working with the collegiate population as they navigate through difficult life transitions. I strive to create an environment that is safe and supportive, as we work together towards navigating through life’s difficulties.
