Starting therapy can feel daunting, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected. I approach therapy with compassion and empathy, and I also bring a gentle sense of humor when it feels right—because even small moments of lightness can support healing. I have experience working with at-risk youth, individuals involved with the criminal justice system, and people of all ages navigating trauma, anxiety, bipolar episodes, and personality-related challenges.
