Currently licensed in NY & CO. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to lose touch with who we are or where we want to go. You deserve a space where you are seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner self, explore what’s holding you back, and begin building a life that feels authentic to you. I am a proud ally and advocate for marginalized communities, including people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those whose voices have historically been silenced or overlooked. My practice is rooted in inclusivity, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I have experience working with children, adults, and families where I’ve supported them through complex emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. These experiences deepened my belief in the importance of holistic care – tending to both emotional and practical needs – and meeting people exactly where they are.
