I am a firm believer that what we truly need in life is a safe space where we are seen, heard, and listened to. We want to be accepted for who we are and not be judged for our mistakes and/or shortcomings. I have an array of client experience with mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, PTSD/history of trauma, life transitioning, parenting dilemmas, career challenges, and much more. The steps and needs may look different, but the goal of providing everyone with a safe space is the same. My approach is to tailor our dialog and treatment to meet every client's needs. My goal is to empower and challenge you to be the best version of yourself, and take a look at the whole self, not just the issues at hand. I will do this by combining different approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, solution focused and more.
