Do you feel stuck? I support my client's journey with an integrative approach that utilizes various evidenced based practices dependent on progress and goals. We will take a client at the center of care approach while challenging your comfort zone at appropriate times to maximize a psychologically safe session that produces tangible results. I have previously spent 13 years working in residential, forensic, and acute care mental/behavioral health settings serving some of those most in need. While I specialize in acute Trauma, Mood, Personality, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia Spectrum disorders, I also really enjoy serving outpatient clients with everyday life concerns/goals.
