My name is Angelica, and I work with clients looking to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, heal from relational trauma, and increase self-esteem. I like to get to know my clients holistically and consider the mind and body to provide the right space for them to achieve their goals. In our work together, we create a compassionate and safe space to explore your story, feel more connected to yourself, improve the quality of your relationships , and feel strengthened in your sense of self so you can move through the world feeling more grounded, whole, and empowered.
