I am passionate about helping women & adolescents who are going through the hardships life can bring us. Living in today's society brings challenges that can feel suffocating on top of daily life tasks and hardships. Avoiding painful areas of our lives can lead to unhealthy habits to cover up those feelings, however dulling the pain with harmful and/or addictive behaviors can further add hurt to ourselves and the ones around us. We each have strengths and assets, instead of avoiding the challenging areas, I encourage clients to engage in personal growth and exploration, to dig in and discover the areas they can evolve and grow.
