You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples navigating burnout, relationships, ADHD, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community, adjusting to adulthood, or coping with infertility or perinatal mood challenges. Therapy with me is a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can show up as you are while gaining insight, tools, and clarity for meaningful change. How can I help? In therapy, I help you identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and make changes that support your goals. I work collaboratively at a pace that feels supportive while still encouraging growth. I focus on emotion regulation, communication, boundary-setting, stress management, and decision-making so you can feel more grounded.
