Currently my therapeutic practice is focused on supporting clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, trauma, and attachment/relational issues. My strength-based, integrative art therapy approach aims to support clients in developing increased confidence + safety in self-expression, self-regulation and focuses on internal resourcing to change narrative & break unhealthy cycles.
