I am a licensed bilingual clinical therapist who provides individual therapy for concerns such a depression, anxiety, truma, stress, anger management , communication difficulties and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse. My approach is collaborative, supportive and grounding in creating a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self. In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another and creating a safe, comfortable space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges and goals, and any background information that feels relevant. I'll guide us through an intake process at the pace that feels supportive.
