I am a NJ-based counselor who specializes in child and adolescent therapy services. With training from various, methodologies and theories alike, my counseling style revolves around compassion and acceptance. My professional practice is centered on mindfulness-based interventions and using expressive arts that incorporate the individual's interests to be able to explore further different concept depths. I like to focus on a Humanistic, Whole-Person counseling mentality in all sessions regardless of age, race, or sexual orientation!
