I understand that life is not always simple, and comes with many layers. I create the space to safely process, without judgement, and empower people to live the life that they are meant to live. I work with individuals and couples. I have experience working with trauma, healing from abusive relationships, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as parinatel mood disorders. I also love working with couples in a variety of stages, from building foundations to start a healthy relationship, reconnecting, and healing from infidelity.
