I am a Clinical School Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting adolescents and their families within a large school district. Since 1999, my work has focused on helping families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence and stability. I approach this work with empathy, cultural humility, and a commitment to empowering both youth and caregivers. Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. The session is collaborative and conversational, not an interrogation. You are encouraged to share at a pace that feels comfortable, and my role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and create a safe, supportive space. Together, we will begin identifying therapy goals and discussing what you hope to gain from the process.
