Many of my clients are adult children of abusive family dynamics, and individuals coping with relationship conflict. Together, we process complex trauma, build healthier boundaries, and foster resilience, healing, and growth. I also support clients who are navigating academic or work-related stress and learning to cope more effectively with overwhelming feelings.
