Welcome! I'm Angelica Soto and I am a Licensed Psychologist who believes in change through empowerment. I am highly intuitive and person-centered and can provide tailored support to individuals, couples, and families. I have significant experience treating complex developmental trauma and the symptoms of shame, depression, and anxiety that often go along with traumatic experiences. I have over 13 years of experience working with foster and adoptive families and am certified as an adoption-competent clinician. I use a variety of techniques, including CBT, narrative therapy, art and play therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
