Currently looking for new clients to participate in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) services. I am a neurodivergent Mexican-American counselor who brings a unique, authentic style to the counseling space. I’m passionate about helping clients find resolution—even in the most challenging situations—and I’m committed to walking alongside you on your journey. I integrate talk therapy with alternative approaches such as equine-assisted therapy and Brainspotting. These experiential models of therapy go beyond traditional talk therapy to support deeper, lasting healing. My style emphasizes empathic understanding, a present-focused (here-and-now) approach, and authentic responses that include direct questioning.
