I believe we are all unique and your therapy should be as well. My goal is to provide a welcoming and safe environment for us to work together and achieve your goals. Many people are struggling with intense fear due to our current world environment, along with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, division of society, and witnessing traumatic events on a daily basis. We can work together to decrease the stress and emotional toll we are all experiencing. With this approach, along with utilizing a variety of integrative therapeutic methods, we can work together to improve our daily lives.
