I have successfully helped many individuals struggling with various issues that can effect our emotional wellbeing, such as anxiety; depression; stress; anger and relationship related issues. My practice focus is to work collaboratively, focusing on building a trusting alliance in which to work with you as an individual--not as a disorder.
