Relationships end, children leave the nest, jobs are lost, important people in our lives pass away. It can leave you with just enough energy to put on a brave face and “fake” it through the day. But what if life could be different? As a therapist, I believe it my role to uniquely get to know you, assist you in navigating life's challenges and provide you with the skills needed to conquer difficulty and thrive.
