With nearly 20 years of experience, I work with adults, families, and teens through difficult relationships, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety and the grind of modern life. I specialize in the unique experiences of LGBTQ folks and their loved ones. I love working with millennials adjusting to normative and unexpected changes; parents of "superfeelers"; human service workers (teachers, therapists, doctors, nurses, hairstylists) juggling demands of work and home; manual laborers; and men with panic attacks or trying therapy for the first time.
