Therapy can allow a person to obtain support that can help with daily stressors, feelings of anxiety and/or depression, and family and relationship issues. I have a passion for working with individuals who deal with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience working with individuals who are are diagnosed with Autism or intellectual disabilities for over 10 years.
