My treatment is rooted in the belief that all clients deserve a supportive and non-judgmental therapist, who can assist them to heal during times of difficulty and equip themselves with positive and effective coping skills to face future challenges while expanding one’s window of tolerance. I work from a place of acceptance and patience by using a person-centered integrated approach tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I take pride in providing a collaborative and effective therapeutic alliance and understand that the client is the expert of their own experiences.
