I have had the privilege of working with individuals from many different walks of life and understand that no one is immune to suffering. Everyone experiences pain as well as triumphs throughout the course of their lives and I believe people are resilient and deserving of happiness, acceptance, peace, and fulfillment. I work with adolescents (ages 14+), adults, and couples and treat various presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, anger management, difficulties with emotion identification/regulation, grief/bereavement, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
