Being a human is hard, for most of us. But that doesn’t mean that with the right tools we can’t get through the challenges and have a more peaceful existence on this planet. I treat a wide range of issues, including those timeless classics like depression, anxiety and symptoms of traumatic exposure. I am interested in treating people that are ready to explore themselves and their relationships, and make the adjustments they need to have a more authentic, fulfilled life. I use feminist and psychodynamic focused narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies to help you resolve and recover. This means that we will work together to identify patterns in both your inner and outer world, and take you out of the the version of your story you don’t want. In fewer words, we're gonna rewrite the script.
