Hi folx, My name is Angie (she/her) and I am a queer mental health therapist and psychotherapist. I work with people ages 18+, both individuals and couples. In therapy, I use humor, empathy, and believe in having an honest and open relationship with my clients. I am committed to learning, listening, and holding space for the underserved. My hope is to create a safe space for all who need it! I am trained in various therapeutic approaches and feel most aligned with TCBT - trauma- informed cognitive behavioral therapy; and internal family systems (or parts work). I am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor and love to support both those in recovery (harm reduction and abstinence) and their loved ones.
