I help clients build a positive self esteem and a strong self identity through a secure therapeutic relationship that builds trust, eventual confrontation, and teach them coping skills to take through the rest of their lives. Working with the mind and body for a complete holistic experience is imperative in my practice. Learning how to regulate emotions and not allow symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress and other emotional issues to take over their lives is a key component to my therapy. My practice is Telehealth, I'm licensed in New Jersey, New York, Montana and Florida.
