I am passionate about mental health, wellness and quality of life. I have been a licensed therapist since 2001 and have 26 plus years of experience working in the mental health field. I am trained in and utilize EMDR. I currently work with individual adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and general life challenges. I believe each individual has within them exactly what they need to heal. It is always an honor and a privilege to partner with my clients. My approach working with you will be collaborative with our relationship as the foundation. Initially we address presenting symptoms. This includes building trust and safety, expanding your awareness and insights and cultivating new skills. This may be enough but often a deeper dive is needed to understand and ultimately heal the root cause.
