Therapy has the ability to significantly impact the quality of your life. To restore what has been lost. To find hope, meaning, and purpose. I understand that it is not an easy process to get here. But you will not be walking through it alone. My office is a safe place to begin your journey. There is hope and this can get better. I provide individual counseling to teens and adults with an emphasis on anxiety, mood, attachment, and trauma related disorders. I guide clients in navigating relationship struggles, reconnecting with others, rebuilding trust, strengthening resiliency, and healing attachment. I also support clients on their journey of healing from traumatic events.
