Hi! I’m Angie Zara, a trauma focused therapist with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds as they navigate various challenges such as trauma, substance use, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy—helping individuals tap into their inner resources, build self-esteem, and move toward meaningful change. I believe in meeting people where they are and honoring their unique goals and pace in the therapeutic process.
