Hi! My name is Angilene. I have been working in the addiction field for the last decade of my life which has included working with clients from all walks of life with various life challenges and mental health concerns. We all face challenges in life and some are more difficult than others. I'm here to help with those challenges. I help my clients see the patterns in their life and learn how to shift the perspectives and actions that keep them in those repeating loops. My goal is to teach you how to become your own therapist.
