In life, we encounter many events that create challenges with reconnecting to our identity, the way we see ourselves, others, and the world we navigate. For BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent folx, these internal challenges about our identities are more often than not rooted in the trauma we experience due to the systemically and intentionally oppressive systems we encounter daily. Whether you are just taking that first step or beginning again, this is a space where new roots can take place. Adults I hold space for usually share "I struggle to trust", "I want to slow down but don't know how" or "I'm not doing enough as a parent".
