As a first-generation Vietnamese-American therapist, I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating multiple cultural identities, family expectations, and the complexities of building a life that honors both heritage and personal growth. My parents' journey as refugees has deeply informed my understanding of resilience, trauma, and the strength it takes to rebuild in unfamiliar places. I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
