Hello! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Ani and I’m an Educational Psychologist specializing in stress—what it is, how it affects us, and most importantly, how we can manage it to build resilience and thrive. With nearly two decades of experience as an Educational Psychologist, I’ve seen firsthand how a person's ability to cope with stress is a stronger predictor of future success than intelligence alone. Unfortunately, stress management is rarely taught in schools, even though it affects everyone—students, teachers, and parents alike.
