I would like to congratulate you on taking the first step to wanting to become the best version of yourself. Therapy is hard work and finding the right therapist to help you on your journey of growth and self awareness is crucial. I believe that each person is unique and holds a special story that needs to be told and at times rewritten to the benefit of its author. My goal is to guide you through your process of self discovery. I strongly believe in the depth of human experience and connection, therefore the therapist-client relationship is of the utmost importance and the main therapeutic tool which I use in my practice. I have been fascinated by the human psyche from a very young age and my passion and enthusiasm for providing therapeutic services only increases each passing year since I first began working in the mental health field in 2002. I'm innately personable, warm and I genuinely care for my clients. Most importantly, I'm fair, honest, and I don't judge experiences.
