I work with couples and individuals to help foster emotional health and strengthen connections. People facing anxiety or depression often seek peace and wholeness within distressing relationships. I combine my training, using a diverse collection of trauma informed techniques, with my gifts as a therapist. I work collaboratively with couples and individuals to surface triggers that may be contributing to their distress.
