I believe that mental health is the foundation of how we perceive and move through the world. My passion is working with individuals whom have faced trauma, attachment wounds, cultural isolation, and are curious identity exploration. Through talk therapy and EMDR, I strive to assist adolescence and adults feel empowered to be their authentic selves. I also enjoy working with children of all ages through play therapy and EMDR to hold space for children to express their emotions and self-exploration.
