I am so happy you found your way here. It was not an accident. I want you to know despite what you are going through you don't have to feel this way anymore! My name is Anika and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with women as well as children and adolescents with mental health and addiction issues. As I have evolved as a therapist, I began fusing more spiritual aspects and mindfulness with traditional psychotherapy. I believe the holistic approach can help clients realize the mind, body, and soul, connection and how they can work in harmony to support healing. I am also a Reiki Practitioner and offer adjunct services.
