Hi, my name is Anika. Addressing difficult aspects of your life can be overwhelming and stressful, and finding the right therapist can be an added stress. I hope to be able to offer insight, reassurance, and tools to apply to life to promote overall wellness. My practice is rooted, in curiosity, empathy, and authenticity. I utilize trauma-informed practices, and trauma-certified to help unfold the layers that make up who we are. Therapy should be a space to unpack areas that are causing distress, but also a place to empower ourselves through knowledge of the self. I believe therapy does not stop after leaving the session. I additionally, have experience working with anxiety, depression and ADHD. I am passionate on how community and systems shape the narratives we hold about ourselves.
