I am a Black, Queer, Femme-presenting mom. I offer trauma-informed integrative therapy grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), supporting clients in healing with care, curiosity, and respect for the wisdom of their bodies. I partner with clients based in New York and Connecticut, with a particular focus on supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), women, and people of diverse sexual orientations and gender experiences. My work is sex-positive, kink-aware, and affirming of nonmonogamous relationships.
